Accounting Associate Job at D KAJ Tax & Financial Corp
We are a rapidly growing accounting firm seeking an Accounting Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping and tax filing and be willing to learn and grow with the firm.

Responsibilities:
- Perform bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries • Prepare and file tax returns for individuals and businesses • Communicate with clients regarding their accounting needs and questions • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports • Work closely with the senior accounting team to ensure accurate and timely reporting
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping and tax filing
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
