Responsibilities:
1. Account Receivable daily bank deposits.
2. Posting vendor invoices.
3. Issuing cheques to vendors & solving any issues pertaining to A/P & A/R
4. Month end procedures and schedules
5. Perform all A/P & A/R duties
6. Assisting with other tasks, based on management requirements and instructions
Qualifications:
- Accounting Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-5 years of dealership accounting experience is an asset
- CDK Experience Required
- Experience with automotive industry accounting required.
- Computer proficiency – Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
