Job Description:
The Adminstration Support Associate is responsible for the administration and maintenance of the insurance policy through its life cycle and Canada Life.

What you will do
  • Responsible for the processing of incoming applications for insurance and assessing underwriting requirements, if applicable.
  • Manage all accounting / billing adjustments and process premium refunds and charges.
  • Handle all policy and client updates.
  • Correspond directly with Plan Sponsors, clients and advisors via email and/or telephone in regards to policy inquiries and follow ups, terminations.
  • Assist Team members with special projects.
What you will bring
  • Post-Secondary education
  • Industry courses (LOMA) considered an asset
  • 5 years insurance administration (life and health)
  • Mainframe and web application experience
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High degree of organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Bilingual (English and French) considered an asset
