Inglewood Care Centre is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join them in West Vancouver and to be part of a team that enjoys working together. West Vancouver is to the northwest of the city of Vancouver on the northern side of English Bay and the southeast shore of Howe Sound, and is adjoined by the District of North Vancouver to its east. Situated on Taylor Way and Inglewood Avenue our Inglewood Community is just moments down the road from Ambleside Park, Capilano Park and Capilano River Regional Park

Reporting to the Administrator, the Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Residential Care Administrator, managers and multi-disciplinary leaders. Duties include managing office communications; developing and managing a variety of documents; planning and managing administrative projects; and liaising with Residents, team members, visitors, partners and external agencies.

The successful candidate will have formal training in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher or other graphics software. Successful candidates will be bondable and have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, or a combination of education and experience will be considered (preferably in a long-term care environment)

  • Consent for a Criminal Record Check (CRC) for working with Vulnerable Adults is required and proof of Covid 19 vaccination.
