InnovMetric is looking for an administrative support agent to join our existing administration team. A welcoming work environment and fun-loving colleagues await you!
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Prepare and verify parcel shipments, mainly international shipments, through our carriers (FedEx, UPS or others)
- Process colleagues travel requests, including hotels and car rentals
- Support accounting in the expense report process
- Participate in the overall purchasing management process including inventory management, purchasing management and the verification of goods received
- Participate in updating office administrative policies and procedures
- Carry out annual renewals of corporate agreements with certain suppliers
- Support the front desk with calls and welcoming visitors
- Perform any other related task
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Attestation of collegial studies or DEC in office automation, administration or secretarial studies (an asset)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft O365
- Proficiency in English, written and spoken (essential)
- Accountability and conscientiousness
