Analyst, Access Strategy

Analysts support the development of client deliverables, performing research and analysis tasks with the support of senior members of the team. Analysts will develop a basic understanding of client and document types and engage in task management and some minimal, direct client engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct secondary research, including reviewing epidemiological and clinical studies, compiling information from research databases, analyzing sales information and market trends of life science products and services being evaluated
• Create worksheets for analysis of primary and secondary research
• Extract epidemiological, clinical, and economic outcomes data into an Excel-based worksheet, working with support staff to ensure accurate and complete data entry
• Analyze data from primary and secondary research
• Assist in developing study reports, presentations and other deliverables to clients
• Perform quality control of reports, presentations and other deliverables
• Participate in client meetings as needed, take notes and draft minutes, prepare interview transcripts
• Maintain reference databases and coordinate retrieval of published articles

Education, Experience, Training, and Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree, science or healthcare related degree preferred
• Entry level, no previous experience in consulting; < 2 years full time work experience
• Qualitative, quantitative, analytical, writing skills
• Proficiency in MS office
• Ability to prepare complex charts, graphs, tables and PowerPoint slides
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Bilingualism (French/English) an asset
