Job Duties
- Removal of hazardous materials such as asbestos
- Containment setups and take downs
- Cleaning of materials and equipment
- Follow health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Valid asbestos ticket
- Able to follow directions
- Communication skills
- Team player
Physical Requirements
- Clean shaven and able to wear a mask
- Capable of lifting 40 lbs without assistance
- Stand or walk for long periods of time
- Work from ladders or scaffolding
- Work from heights
- Work in tight clearances
Additional certifications such as Confined Space, Fall Arrest, First Aid, H2S, Driver’s license are considered assets.
