Starting Salary: $33.50/hour. Wages scaled based on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ambitiously pursue and cultivate strong customer relations
• Provide accurate and relevant information to customers
• Promote and uphold company standards/policies
• Encourage and support all departments/colleagues
• Research products, generate quotes, place orders
• Finalize invoicing and complete reporting
• Pull orders, load vehicles as needed
• Support and promote vendor/customer events
• Stay informed on new products/services
• Participate in vendor training sessions
• Foster high employee morale and a positive workplace environment
• Take initiative in maintaining branch cleanliness and organization
• Promptly and effectively execute assigned tasks
• Perform managerial duties in the Managers absence

Essential:

• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Familiar with industry and/or products
• Completion of Grade 12
• Capable of lifting 50lbs minimum
• Management experience
• Sales/Customer Service experience
