The Municipal District of Bonnyville No. 87 invites applications for seasonal Bartenders/Servers at Kinosoo Ridge Resort. This position is responsible to support the front of house service, create and mix non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, table service, and maintain an overall best guest experience in service.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Complete and serve food and beverage orders, including table service.
- Preparing beverage recipes, and presentation standards.
- Set up workstations and prepare ingredients.
- Maintain excellent customer service for the best guest experience.
- Assist with weekly inventory and supplier ordering.
- Organize and store goods following FIFO.
- Handle cash and interact machines using a POS system.
- Daily till cash outs.
- Deliver the highest of food safety and hygiene standards.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in beverage and/or hospitality experience preferred.
- ProServe required.
- Must have cash handling experience.
- POS System experience will be considered an asset.
- Mixology or Bartending courses will be considered an asset.
- Food Safety will be considered an asset.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- Strong customer service skills with people of all levels.
- Obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check.
- Will be required to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
- Class 5 license will be considered and asset.
- Quick problem solving.
- Self-motivated, and good time management skills.
