Key Responsibilities:
This role will be responsible for efficient execution of the recruitment process for many of the new roles for MOBIA. If successful, you will:
- Help to develop and update job descriptions and job specifications; aid in preparation of postings and advertisement of jobs to appropriate sources.
- Find / attract full-time and contract-based candidates by multiple means, i.e. databases, social media, job fairs, etc.
- Be the main point of contact for the Talent Team for support and events and ATS enhancements
- Help to screen candidate resumes and job applications; assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, and aptitudes and provide feedback to MOBIA’s resourcing, HR, and management teams.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection methods/interview guides.
- Interview new contacts gained through our Employee Referral Program and maintain database of referral candidates.
- Ensure accuracy in preparing and promptly completing all required documentation / reporting
- Translating and updating documents, policies and postings
- Manage and develop relationships related to international hiring programs and complete applications and supporting activities
- Other duties as required
- Fluently Bilingual in both English and French is required
- Post-secondary education in a related field
- 5+ years’ experience in Recruitment
- At least 1 year supervisory or coaching experience
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- RPR, PCP, CPHR Designations are considered assets
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of MS office suite
- Previous experience recruiting in Telecommunications or IT is an asset
- Experience with Ceridian Dayforce is an asset
