MOBIA is currently seeking a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Lead to join our Human Resources team, and a key resource helping to keep our office operations running smoothly. This opportunity can be based in Moncton, NB or at our Head Office in Dartmouth, NS.

Key Responsibilities:
This role will be responsible for efficient execution of the recruitment process for many of the new roles for MOBIA. If successful, you will:
  • Help to develop and update job descriptions and job specifications; aid in preparation of postings and advertisement of jobs to appropriate sources.
  • Find / attract full-time and contract-based candidates by multiple means, i.e. databases, social media, job fairs, etc.
  • Be the main point of contact for the Talent Team for support and events and ATS enhancements
  • Help to screen candidate resumes and job applications; assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, and aptitudes and provide feedback to MOBIA’s resourcing, HR, and management teams.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection methods/interview guides.
  • Interview new contacts gained through our Employee Referral Program and maintain database of referral candidates.
  • Ensure accuracy in preparing and promptly completing all required documentation / reporting
  • Translating and updating documents, policies and postings
  • Manage and develop relationships related to international hiring programs and complete applications and supporting activities
  • Other duties as required
Skills / Qualifications:
  • Fluently Bilingual in both English and French is required
  • Post-secondary education in a related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in Recruitment
  • At least 1 year supervisory or coaching experience
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • RPR, PCP, CPHR Designations are considered assets
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge of MS office suite
  • Previous experience recruiting in Telecommunications or IT is an asset
  • Experience with Ceridian Dayforce is an asset
