Wellbake Manufacturing Inc. is a company specializing in the supply of industrial bakery equipment and automated solutions.
Wellbake is looking for an experienced, reliable, and task-oriented Bookkeeper to work within our team. This position will work in a small office environment and reports to the Controller of the company.
Responsibilities:
- AP/AR; general journal entries; G/L reconciliations and maintaining filing system
- Prepare bank reconciliations
- Biweekly payroll
- Create & process applicable government remittances; payroll source deductions; HST; WSIB
- Employee commission calculations
- Assist with year-end closing; tax and regulatory filings
- Assist with other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in Accounting or Business Management
- Designation – CGA or CPA, 5+ years’ full cycle bookkeeping/accounting experience an asset
- Proficient level of knowledge QuickBooks using multi-currencies
- Familiar with online payment processes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Previous experience in the manufacturing industry strong asset
