Terrace is a family oriented company looking for a Rockstar Book Keepe. Your role is to create and maintain the financial records of our company. This includes Bi-weekly financial reports, payroll, A/R, A/P, annual and quarterly budgets.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF:

  • You have extensive bookkeeping experience (preferrably experience with software like Quickbooks Online, Jobber.)
  • You’re fascinated by how people engage & interact through technology and love interpreting ‘the data.’ Numbers are your thing
  • You find it rewarding to test & tweak in order to make processes and systems effective and are focused on the end result
  • You’re detail-oriented, analytical, and are always identifying new opportunities or problems to solve
  • You’re structured, methodical & organized, maintaining consistent records and scheduling.
  • You love to collaborate with a team on an end goal, but enjoy working autonomously to execute your part

Requirements and skills

  • Extensive bookkeeping or accounting background.
  • Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks Online, Google Sheets
  • Hands on experience with office machines (scanners & printers)
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
