The YMCA of Southwestern Ontario is a mul� service, non-profit values-based charity that serves

coun�es. Our services include Childcare Services, school age programs, camp programs, health and
fitness branches, community programs and newcomer services across the region. Our commitment

Posi�on: Seasonal Camping Branch Administrator
Loca�on: YMCA Camping Branch, 165 Elmwood Avenue E, London, ON
Start Date: Spring/Summer 2022
Compensa�on: $15.50 per hour

Responsibili�es:
  • Manage camp registra�ons for Day Camp and Overnight Camps
  • Provide excellent customer service to individuals contac�ng the Camping Branch
  • Communicate by phone, email and in person with community members, parents and other staff
  • Manage requests for financial assistance through YMCA Strong Kids and third party providers
  • Assist in maintaining accurate tracking and record keeping

Qualifica�ons & Experience:
- Post-second educa�on at the College level in Office Administra�on, or related field is preferable
  • Must be able to work in high-volume environment, well under pressure and manage mul�ple tasks and
priori�es
  • Must be highly professional with the ability to maintain a posi�ve a�tude where conflic�ng �me
demands are present
  • Proficiency in MS Office applica�ons is required
  • Strong analy�cal and problem-solving skills
  • Must provide a current criminal record check as per the Associa�on’s policy
  • A dedica�on to demonstrate the YMCA core values
