What you’ll do:

The Agro Manager is responsible for the planning and day to day execution of the site location. The Agro Manager provides leadership, direction and oversight to site operations, programs, and policies to meet budgeted goals and objectives. This position builds strong customer relationships and ensures safety and environmental policies are maintained. Responsibilities also include:

• Customer contact to generate leads and create sales
• Understand local producer needs and offer company product and services to optimize agricultural output
• Promote high level customer satisfaction and develop relationships through trust, service, and integrity
• Responsible for managing and tracking inventory and bookings, completing claims and invoices
• Provide on-site farm support and delivery of Co-op products

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Agriculture and:

• You have a degree or diploma in agriculture with eligibility for registration with SIA
• You have a background in agriculture with 3 - 6 years sales-based role
• You have experience leading customer contact with a proven record in relationship development
• A combination of relevant education and experience may be considered
• Travel and farm contact required
