As part of our rapidly growing team you will play an important and unique role in working towards our mission to create the best people management system for our customers so they can spend more time doing what they love.

We’re embracing new ways of working and are constantly adapting our practices to ensure that wherever you are working from, you feel a part of the team and have everything you need to work comfortably. We are a remote-first company, Pushies can choose to work remotely or from our Downtown Vancouver office.

We are considering eligible candidates for this role from any location across Canada.

The Role:

We are hiring a Business Development Manager to join our Sales team! In this role, drive our growth by identifying new business opportunities for Push and acting as the point of contact for new customers and their assigned existing clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and overseeing new market initiatives to drive our growth.
  • Conducting research of organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Generating leads and cold calling potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing business.
  • You are a demo master. Presenting solutions in a consultative fashion is your passion.


Requirements:

  • Natural ability to simplify highly complex scenarios; into an easily understood and conversational tone.
  • Results oriented and ability to perform in a fast paced environment.
  • Display a high level of professionalism, strong work ethic, flexibility towards changing environments.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Previous experience using demo software, sales CRMs and communication software
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.


Bonus Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience selling into mid to large range SMBs within North America.
