Job description

With over 15 years of experience in Home Energy Efficiency products and services, Weaver Eco Home has become a leading expert in the industry, and is looking for call center reps that want to pursue an exiting career in the energy efficiency space. This position also has opportunity of growth to a full time inside sales representative. This position provides optimal lead generation making sales smooth and straight to the point.

Main responsibilities & highlights

· Educating clients on our unique products and services.

· Need to be highly efficient and organized with managing leads and building a healthy client relations.

. Need to be highly effective in converting leads into sales.

· Manage large amounts of in- bound & out - bound calling in a timely manor

· Cold and warm calling to prospective customers to offer them our services

· Identify customer’s needs and address all client concerns appropriately

· Ability to learn & adapt quickly to scripts

· Follow up with existing and new customers on regular basis

· Meet and exceed personal / team goals

· Other responsibilities as advised

Requirements

· Fluent in English (written and spoken).

· A Minimum of 3 years Phone sales experience preferred.

· Great verbal communications skills.

. Ability to perform professionally.

· Effective basic computer skills.

· Must be able to work full time.

· Excellent phone communicator.

. Experience with video platforms (Zoom, Google Meets, etc)

· Self motivated.

· Highly organized

· Results oriented and high achiever

· Previous cold calling experience is preferred.

Schedule: Weekdays: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Salary: salary plus commissions.
