Position Summary:
Reporting to the Restorative Clerk Manager, the clerk provides staff scheduling and clerical support to Hotel Dieu Grace Healthcare clinical programs. The Staffing Clerk will work collaboratively with the Manager, Staff Scheduling and Program Managers to ensure best practices for scheduling effectively and consistently within the parameters of all Collective Agreements in place at HDGH. The staffing clerk works in a team based environment and will be responsible for supporting the restorative clerical team as required
Qualifications:
Keyboarding skills – preferred
Computer literacy and knowledge of Windows based applications – preferred;
Excellent interpersonal communication skills – required;
Graduate of an approved clerical health care program – preferred;
Previous clerical experience – preferred;
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment;
General good health and a level of fitness appropriate for the demands of the position;
Excellent communication skills with the command of the French language considered an asset.
