The Client Services & Logistics Specialist position will develop and maintain the image and branding that is already in place and will focus on supporting the Sales Coordinators and be the Assistant to the Executive Director and office team.

  • Respond to client inquiries via telephone, email and in person
  • Call clients to remind them of payments/appointments etc.
  • Assist the Executive Director in admin tasks, supporting her calendar
  • Ensure client files have required supporting documents per company policies
  • Follow up and respond to inquiries
  • Manage orders for our boutique flower shop
  • Generate Delivery slips and work orders for flower shop sales
  • Sketch designs in preparation for event set ups
  • Create Social Media Calendar Content and post on social media channels
  • Maintain Branding already in place
  • Ensure Warehouse is always organized and tidy
  • Ensure packing lists are generated and accurate for events
  • Assist with loading and unloading of items for events
  • Prepare items for outgoing rentals and incoming returns
  • Work as MOD for Serendipity Events (weekends, late nights until 3am)
  • Collaborates with venue on set up and removal date/times.
  • Open and/or close studio
  • Design and create fresh flower arrangements for clients
  • Greet clients upon entrance and support our brand imaging by offering a complimentary beverage upon welcome
  • Set up at tradeshows and solicit for new business
  • Cleaning and organizing of warehouse and office
  • Works in the warehouse to ensure items are prepared for events
  • Assist in the flower department when necessary
  • Conduct site tours for clients
  • Work as Manager on Duty for events in Banquet Hall
  • Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Mature, outgoing and bubbly personality shines here

  • Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • MOD Shifts can be up to 3:00am on weekends
  • Previous event design skills a definite asset
  • Good time management skills

Salary: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
