TRCC - Total Rehabilitation and Chiropractic Centre Richmond Hill, ON

TRCC – Total Rehabilitation and Chiropractic Centre is a multidisciplinary physical rehabilitation centre with locations in Thornhill and Richmond Hill. The therapy team consists of Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Athletic Therapists, and Registered Massage Therapists.

We are seeking an energetic, hardworking and articulate individual to be a part of our clinic. This position requires an organized individual with excellent communication skills, who can function both independently as well as part of a team. The successful candidate must have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. They will act as the first point of contact to the clinic for all patients. This candidate will be out going and friendly, with a customer service focus to make our patients feel welcome.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Checking in patients and checking out patients, scheduling follow-up appointments
  • Booking and confirming appointments, as well as maintaining the clinic’s schedule, and management of all patient appointments appropriately
  • Providing direct billing to extended healthcare benefit plans
  • Responding to all telephone inquires, scheduling appointments and retrieving and returning messages
  • Providing support to practitioners when required
  • Prepare monthly practitioner reports
  • Faxing, photocopying and scanning documents and placing documents into patient’s electronic file
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, faxes and shipments
  • Ordering office and clinical supplies, when required
  • Complete third party forms & letters when required
  • Providing support for effective functioning of the clinic, general office organization, management, and administrative support

Qualifications

  • Previous Office Administration and or Customer Service/Sales experience an asset, Experience in the medical and or rehabilitation field preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with proven attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to exercise discretion, maintain confidential information, prioritize and exercise independent judgment
  • Strong communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and keep things on track
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm. Team player, adaptable, with a strong work ethic
  • Versed with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and comfortable learning new software programs

Job Type: Part Time with the potential to go Full time: Weekdays approximately 9am-2pm, or 1pm -7pm 3-4 days per week

Location: The Richmond Hill location, but the ability to work at the Thornhill location is an asset as well.
