Notre équipe en gestion de patrimoine cherche à combler (un) poste de conseiller en placements.

Placements Manuvie est la division valeurs mobilières de Manuvie et a comme mission de fournir à nos clients un conseil indépendant concernant leur portefeuille de placements tout en adoptant une approche intégrée concernant leur gestion financière globale (planification financière, planification fiscale, planification successorale, etc.). Notre bureau de Dorval, Gestion de Patrimoine Diligence, est le leader chez Manuvie depuis 19 ans, avec un actif sous gestion de plus de 5.5 milliards de dollars.

Notre programme de formation de conseiller en placement associé vous guidera à travers toutes les exigences pour obtenir vos licences, tout en obtenant un encadrement rigoureux de la part de chefs de file de l’industrie et en vous aidant à développer les compétences essentielles pour bâtir votre propre pratique. Nous formerons le candidat à devenir un conseiller en placement de premier ordre.

Tu devras:

· Construire, maintenir et rééquilibrer les portefeuilles de placement.

· Développer, construire et maintenir les plans de retraite, d’investissement, fiscal et de succession.

· Préparer et exécuter des stratégies de développement d’affaires afin d’attirer et fidéliser des nouveaux clients.

· Analyser les besoins financiers des clients existants et potentiels.

· Évaluez les forces et les faiblesses financières des clients pour déterminer les facteurs clés de la réussite de leur plan financier.

· Synchronisez le travail des comptables, notaires, avocats fiscalistes et autres professionnels de la finance dans l'application de stratégies financières avancées.

· Protégez les avoirs des clients et les fidéliser

Exigences:

Baccalauréat en finances ou domaine connexe

Excellentes compétences en communication

Haut niveau d'intégrité

Our Associate Investment Advisor Training Program will guide you through all the requirements for obtaining your regulatory licences, while getting hands on coaching from leaders within the industry and helping you develop the essential skills to build your own practice. We will train candidates to become first-class investment advisors.

You will need to:

· Build, maintain and re-balance investment portfolios.

· Develop, build and maintain custom; retirement, investments, tax and estate plans.

· Prepare and execute business development strategies to attract and retain new customers.

· Analyze the financial needs of existing and potential customers.

· Evaluate the financial strengths and weaknesses of clients to determine the key factors for the success of their financial plan.

· Synchronize the work of accountants, notaries, tax lawyers and other financial professionals in the application of advanced financial strategies.

· Protect clients' assets and secure their loyalty through quality in managing their wealth.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in finances or related field

Excellent communication skills

High level of integrity

Highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset
