Situated in Campbell River, CR Lawyers is a full-service law firm seeking a dedicated, passionate, team member to fill the position of a full-time conveyancer.
We are looking for applicants with a minimum 3-5 years of knowledge and experience as a conveyancer.
Ideal qualifications:
- At least 3 years experience in a law office working as a conveyancer.
- Very organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable using many computer programs, with knowledge of Esilaw360, LTSA, BC Online & Pro Suite.
- Work independently with little to no supervision and the ability to take direction.
- Capability to manage a high-volume workload.
- Managing files for multiple lawyers.
Duties Include but not limited to:
-Draft documents and letters.
-Managing emails & supporting lawyers calendar scheduling.
-Conducting relevant searches and due diligence
-Client billing & collecting.
-File organization.
Work Hours & Benefits
This position is a Monday – Friday 8:30am-4:30pm with a one-hour lunch.
