Status: Full-time position available, 25-40 hours/week
Wage: $24.20/hour

Specific Responsibilities & Duties:
- Undertake all aspects of food production, cooking and services.
- Follow the recipes/menu provided.
- Ensure overall quality and presentation of the food is tasty and visually appealing.
- Accurate forecasting to ensure minimal food wastage.
- Cleaning and sanitizing all work surfaces and equipment used.
- Restock work areas and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Complete required HACCP and production logs.
- Maintain safe work environment at all times.
- Perform duties as per health and safety guidelines.
- Other reasonable requests from Management.
Qualifications:
- Cooking experience, preferably in the Hotel and Restaurant industry
- Food Safe Level 1
- Good time management
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to communicate with mangers, residents, and other employees.
Important note: **A satisfactory Criminal Record Check is a condition of employment. Tuberculosis Screening Test results and full COVID-19 vaccination will also be required. **
