Overview: Full time, located in Oakville Ontario.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Creates, refines and develops innovative and formulations with plant-based raw materials. Sources alternative raw materials that are high performing and safe. Creates and develops new and improved products, innovative ideas, processes, protocols, techniques, and systems to support Maison Apothecare's goals. Effectively uses project management/milestone planning techniques to drive multiple concurrent opportunities. Participates in financial elements including Cost Of Goods and material purchasing and supply chain management. Supports other R&D functions, Regulatory requirements, develops and/or improves test methodologies and/or processes. Supports patent or Licensing applications and maintains confidentiality Follows and supports current Good Manufacturing Practices and current Good Laboratory Practices. Follows appropriate lab safety practices.

Salary: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
