Job Description:

The Cosmetic Assistant reports to the Front Store Manager. The Cosmetic Assistant’s primary responsibilities are to provide excellent customer service and carry out sales transactions and returns.

Responsibilities:

• Offer courteous and competent client service
• Provide information, guidance, application, advice, and instructions for the various beauty products.
• Execute sales transactions and returns with consideration and accuracy.
• Help with stock preparation, merchandising, and housekeeping
• Perform additional responsibilities as directed by the store manager

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent customer service abilities
• Fluent in English, excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Well groomed and presentable
