About the Role:

Bosa Properties is looking for a Customer Care Manager to join our team of talented real estate professionals. Reporting to the Director, Customer Care, this individual will have the opportunity to support our SEAandSKY masterplan community in Squamish and other developments, connected to the most coveted real estate.

  • Lead an engaged and high performing customer care team that delivers market leading customer support to our homeowners;
  • Build an inclusive environment that balances challenge and support for the team through coaching, accountability, and development opportunities;
  • Act on the front-line of Bosa and BlueSky Properties, ensuring that homeowners’ concerns are addressed, and their expectations are met in a professional and timely manner;
  • Oversee home-owner inspections and orientations, offering the best solution to meet customer needs according to company standards;
  • Effectively collaborate and build relationships with our general contractor, development, and construction groups.
What you Bring:
  • Five (5) years of experience with deficiency repairs;
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate an inclusive team focused on results and learning;
  • A strong understanding of the functions of a building and ability to perform hands on tasks while on site;
  • Proven ability to build relationships, provide human-centered solutions and adapt to changing needs;
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve using effective written and verbal communication;
  • Ability to prioritize and anticipate future needs;
  • A valid driver’s license.
