Job Description:
- · Customer Service – Assisting customer, facilitate, handling information, solve queries.
- · Data Entry – Data entry, process and check application, data submission, data confirmation
- · Ensure payment mode – Handling cash, tally, debit & credit machine. Reconcile receipts.
- · Re-submission & follow up – making related calls and ensure re-submission.
- · Ensure Audit, Compliance and all process adherence to company policies and procedures.
- · Back-end operations, scanning, compile report
- · Perform and complete other administrative duties as assigned by your manager.
