Customer Service Representative

Natural Life Nutrition Inc., based in South Burnaby, BC. is one of the leading companies in the health supplement manufacturing/packaging industry.
We currently manufacture diverse range of natural health product, and we have recently expanded with a second location in Richmond, BC as the company has been rapidly growing with the mission of improving quality of life, creating a healthy society, and protecting human health as a global leading healthcare supplement company.

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative to respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Duties/Responsibilities, but not limited:

- Support customers by providing information and answering questions

- Handle customer complaints by providing solutions or alternatives

- Learn about the products to answer any questions from customers

- Identify customer needs/desires to recommend the appropriate products

- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information

- Keep a record of incoming inquires and process

- Build sustainable relationships with customers

- Provide feedback to other departments to help improve sales

Qualification:

- Prior experience in a similar role is a great asset

- Fluent in English (listening, reading, writing, speaking)

- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

- Customer orientation and ability to respond to multiple personalities

- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

- Attention to detail (Free of spelling or grammatical errors in email)

- Patience to stay calm in an intense environment

This is the full-time position and working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM. We offer competitive wages, benefits, and meals for all our employees in a friendly work environment
