- Lead customer quotes
- Serve customers at the sales counter
- Answer incoming calls
- Manage shipping and receiving calls
- Fulfill ongoing training requirements

- Fulfill sales needs
Customer Service Representative Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of customer service experience
- Experience with electrical components is an asset
- Sales counter experience is an asset in the manufacturing, industrial, or electrical industry
- Detail oriented
- Proven organization abilities
- Valid G License is required
