Job Description

We are currently seeking candidates for a 6 to 9 months contract position [possibility for conversion to permanent full time employment exists] for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) role to help people every day on behalf of Sun-Mar. We’ll teach you the skills you’ll need to succeed and provide a path for you to do so. You will use your positive attitude, your caring nature and your top-notch customer service skills to make an impact on your customers’ day. Your main responsibilities will include:

· Talking to customers over the phone, or via e-mail to resolve their questions or concerns

· Accurately document and update customer records in the company systems

· Escalate customer concerns to your manager when necessary

· Provide feedback and recommendations to your manager

· Remain calm and helpful under pressure

· Perform other duties as assigned by your manager of the management team

Job Requirements

· Some previous customer service and/or call center experience (3 to 5 years or more) a plus

· Has good computer skills, including Microsoft Office

· Possesses excellent communication skills

· Cares about helping their customers

· Is team-focused

· Has the ability to multitask well

· Positive attitude

· French fluency would be a definite asset.

Salary commensurate with experience.

Health benefits and sick leave benefits paid by the company after 3 months in the event the role becomes permanent.
