As the Archibus Data Analyst, you will undertake various financial and operational analyses used by the Workplace Solutions division in making business decisions with a focus on continuous improvement. You will also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data used to formulate reports. Primary duties include:
  • Support the maintenance and refinement of a system that manages employee location & work style, space classification & ownership, service requests and associated metric & exception reporting.
  • Consult with clients and Workplace Solutions staff to understand data needs and develop tailored reporting solutions to understand workplace data.
  • Conduct financial and operational analysis, as well as business process analysis, and the interpretation of space-related data.
  • Research, consolidate, report and make recommendations for best practices.
  • Input information and maintain a variety of databases containing business-critical information.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for all databases within Facility Management.
  • Provide quality control by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data used for business decisions.
Qualifications
  • A completed 1 year certificate in information technology, business, data analytics or related field and at least 5 years of experience in applicable Data Analytics, Information Technology, workplace management or related field, OR
  • A completed 2 year diploma in information technology, business, data analytics and at least 3 years of experience in applicable Data Analytics, Information Technology, workplace management or related field.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint) is considered to be an asset.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Archibus, Smart Client, Adobe Suite, People Soft, IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System) or similar software is considered to be an asset.
  • You can effectively communicate with technical and general audiences, build productive working relationships with diverse groups, and have the ability to make sound business decisions.
  • Strong analytical skills along with the ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

work week with 1 day off in a 3 week cycle.
