Job Description:
The Data Integrity Specialist is accountable for ensuring files are compliant within compliance and regulatory standards.Working in close partnership with the field offices, the Data Integrity Specialist will provide ad-hoc value-added training to Advisors. The DIS will also provide training focused on specific trends.

What you will do
  • Reviewing new applications, supporting forms and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Running reports and comparing information for accuracy and retention purposes.
  • Verifying/entering information within Investment Centre, and notifying appropriate area when necessary.
  • Communicating with advisors/ Administrative Staff regarding incomplete / missing documentation and requirements.
  • Liaising with Head Office and Advisors/Admin Staff for resolution of investment related issues
  • Escalating repeated paperwork and non-compliance issues to appropriate area while providing solutions that will resolve the issue.
  • Applying halt trades as required when paperwork in not received and or does not match system and multiple attempts have been made to obtain it.
  • Provide reporting on NIGO’s for advisors and admin staff on training opportunities
