Nimble is a digital marketing team dedicated to helping local businesses grow and thrive, through beautiful and efficient websites, foundational SEO, and carefully crafted marketing campaigns. We were born out of a partnership between Pattison Media and Lift Interactive, to bring digital solutions to Pattison’s growing client base throughout Western Canada. About This Position:
We’re looking for an experienced digital marketer to effectively manage campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Business Manager. The primary responsibility in this role is the effective execution and management of marketing engagements. There is opportunity for this role to also manage and execute SEO tactics for client campaigns. This role reports to the Marketing Team Lead for all marketing processes and services, and is managed directly by the Nimble Director.

About Your Experience:

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience with paid campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads. You might also have a working knowledge of other paid marketing channels like LinkedIn, Youtube, and TikTok. Your experience on these platforms centers on:
  • Translating client goals into actionable campaign strategies.
  • Comfortable using all of the tools and features available on Google Ads and Meta Ads, and knowing which are best to leverage on a case-by-case and client-by-client basis.
  • Building campaigns on Google Ads and Meta ads, and troubleshooting campaign setup and configuration issues.
  • Evaluating campaign performance against established client goals, analyzing trends, and drawing meaningful insights
  • Making informed decisions to optimize campaign performance and drive better client outcomes
  • You like to keep up to date on industry trends, consumer behaviours, project risks, and competitor activities, and look for opportunities to use what you’ve learned improve client outcomes and internal processes.
  • You’re able to identify key opportunities or potential strategies for clients, and develop plans of action that will bring the best results for the business.
  • You’re able to explain marketing concepts to clients in writing and in meetings using clear, straightforward language so they feel like a partner in their marketing, and empowered to make decisions.
  • You care about working as a team and enjoy collaborating with colleagues to deliver the best experience and marketing outcomes to clients.

  • Experience with SEO tactics and its tools
  • Familiarity with design and creative tools, and an eye for design
  • Be comfortable collecting, reviewing, and editing content

Location:
We are looking to fill a full-time position in our Edmonton office, just off Whyte at 10039 80 Ave. Nimble is currently working in a hybrid-remote model.
