About us
Oakview Terrace Reception Centre is an exclusive venue located in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Our venue features a heart-shaped lake, a rustic wooden chapel, a beautifully landscaped garden and an intimate reception hall. Oakview Terrace has traditionally provided a very intimate place for weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, Bar Mitzvahs, charity events and more.
We are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to fill this position. You will be responsible for cleaning kitchen equipment, properly maintaining kitchen disposal stations, and monitoring food and beverage temperature. We are looking for an individual who is willing to learn, as you'll be trained on new machines as they arrive.
Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, pans, and utensils in a machine or by hand.
- Clean and sanitize sinks, counters, storage areas, and equipment.
- Clean spilled food and liquids from floors and walls.
- Maintain cleanliness of facilities.
- Maintain a sanitary work environment.
- Get cleaning supplies from the stockroom.
- Load and unpack deliveries of dishes and glassware.
- Prepare first-aid kits for the kitchen.
- May be responsible for the restocking of cleaning supplies.
Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
