Canadian Flagged Vessels – Deckhands- Commercial Divers for our Explore 95’ MY and 110' MY
Canadian Adventure Charters are developing our Charter Adventures, Submarine Dive Expeditions, Exploration, Treasure & Shipwreck Recovery, Climate Change-Global Warming Research, Underwater Film/ Documentary Entertainment and promoting Newfoundland & Labrador and The Northwest Passage, at charter destinations within our selected charter operations loop to Spain, Canary Islands, Bahamas and Fort Lauderdale.
Work Experience and Marine Certificates Requirements:
All applicants must have previous experience in working on Private Charter Motor Yachts
All applicants must have previous experience in working Artic or Antarctica, MED climate conditions
Minimum 5 Year’s Experience in Heavy Marine Offshore Commercial Industry
Minimum 5 Years Experience in Private Yachting Adventure/Exploration Industry
Deckhands- Commercial Divers (STCW Endorsement) Current Commercial Dive Certificates
Bridge Watch Certificate
Fast Rescue Craft Certificate
Radio Operators Certificate ROC-DC and/or MC
Passenger Safety Management
Ship Security Course
Marine Advance First Aid/ Fire Fighting Course
Risk Management Training Course
Remote Safety Awareness / Training Provide- Animal Awareness-Predictor Prevention Course
PAL Firearms Safety Course
A valid Marine Medical Certificate
Vaccine passport-Canadian/USA/EU/Bahamas Pass port
Knowledgeable and efficient with Word/PDF, procurement- Ship Supply Management programs

Top Quality Service To ALL CAC,s Charter Clients & Guest
Knowledgeable and experienced in remote Helicopter and Floatplane Operations is required
Deckhands will be required to hold CAC,s Mini Submarine Safety Management Course- Training will be provide.
Training provided for our ROV and sonar deep water operations
Experienced in tender/small boat launching and onboarding- Operations in high seas and ruff conditions is a MUST.
Experience Onshore Guiding and Leading Small Groups: Day trips adventures only. An asset for those who hold Guide Licenses/Certificates.
Experience Sports Fishing-Offshore Trolling and Deep Sea Fishing is an asset
Commercial Driving Certificate and Personal Dive Gear is Required
CAC,s itinerary will be Northern Atlantic – Newfoundland/Labrador, Northwest Passage-Baffin Island from May-Aug then Med to Spain, Canary Islands, Bahamas and Fort Lauderdale for winter seasons
Vessels Charter/Crewing- 11 guest- 5 crew and 6 guest- 4 crew

Personal/ Social appearance: Must be 100% at all times. All tattoos must be covered by sleeves, No Drinking or Smoking of Any Kind while on charters.
Schedule: 8 weeks on/ 4 weeks off / 12 hour shift

Candidates MUST have experience running similar sized vessels or greater and have the correct visas to work in Canada, EU, Canary Islands, Bahamas, USA
