What you'll do:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with, learn from, and contribute to a dynamic team of DIB Leaders, to enable the Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIB) team to achieve our annual strategy and embed DIB practices across the business. The role involves supporting the team’s content and communication needs and the ideal candidate will be able to provide bilingual content support for communications campaigns.

Communications & Content Support:

  • Create bilingual content drafts , r eview content drafts to be posted on internal company social media platform
  • Support the execution of our monthly company-wide newsletter
  • Update the DIB internal websites with new content
  • Create and update multimedia files (brochures, graphics, videos, etc)
  • Organize and update internal folders and filing systems

Project/Program Coordination:

  • Regularly check, organize, and respond to team email inbox
  • Support intake of new project requests and respond to inquiries
  • Leverage project management application to review master schedule, establishes priorities, and revise schedule as needed
  • Coordinate and support team events, workshops, and training sessions
  • Keep track of analytics data from events, communications channels, employee engagement and learning programs
  • Support budget processes, by submitting vendor invoices in financial processing system

What you bring:

  • C urrently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business, Commerce, Communications, Public Relations, Human Resources, or a related discipline
  • Exceptional communication skills with the confidence and passion to share knowledge
  • The ability to take a collaborate approach to build strong relationships and have positive team experiences
  • Flexible and dynamic individual who is able to adjust and prioritize accordingly to adapt to business demands and requirements
  • Bilingualism (English and French, written and verbal) strongly preferred
