What you'll be doing...

This is an extremely exciting opportunity to support BC Transit’s Fleet Electrification Program. The program is quickly advancing as we are working towards achieving low carbon fleet objectives. This individual will be a key player within the team to maintain shared information flow, create efficiencies, and support all administrative functions of the program. They will also collaborate in the planning development, implementation, analysis and documentation of the Electrification Program.

You are someone who has experience working within multi-disciplinary teams with various levels of stakeholders, you thrive on being detail oriented and organized and collaborating with others. You are a systematic thinker who loves to problem solve and take initiative.

  • Experience in program/project coordination or management with transferable scope, scale and complexity.
  • Knowledge of general business processes and public sector processes.
  • Experience in program reporting and dashboards.
  • Strong program controls experience, managing deliverables and stage gates.
  • Excellent organizational abilities for complex and varied information management.
  • Excellent business writing and good attention to detail.
