We are looking to add a brand new Enterprise Customer Success Manager to our current CX team of four. Reporting to the Director of Customer Experience, you will manage and deliver Plum products and services that enable our customers to realize their business objectives. In joining our team, you will get hooked on one of the most strategic problems we are helping enterprise clients to solve, Talent.

We are a fully remote team of 34 and, while our roots are in Waterloo Canada, we have team members from Vancouver to Texas to Montreal. Our ideal candidate will be located in Canada or the United States and willing to work East Coast hours.

Who is an Enterprise Customer Success Manager really?

  • You are a true enterprise account manager and know exactly what it takes to effectively implement and manage a massive organization; onboard, manage accounts, grow and expand.
  • Project management including customer presentations, pre-meeting prep, post-meeting follow-up, internal coordination, and knowing how to ensure deadlines are met is all second nature to you.
  • You know how to truly get to the root of your customer’s business needs, from both a C-suite executive level as well as an individual contributor level, and know why it’s important to do so.
  • You can identify customer growth opportunities and execute that process from start to finish – identification, presentation, negotiation, and closing.

Bottom line you are highly organized, prescriptive, strategic.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Proven track record of overachieving quota and results in a high-growth company environment.
  • Proven track record of managing strategic accounts in net new & renewal environments.
  • Strong experience in project management.
  • Proven ability to generate a plan to ensure deep penetration into global accounts.
  • Presentation Skills
  • Demonstrated ability to implement, manage, and grow Enterprise business within a process-oriented sales/customer success environment.
  • HR tech, EIM, ATS, and HCM experience an asset, but not required.
