Description:

The role consists of placing vendor direct equipment orders for our restaurants, assisting with warranty/service concerns, escalating issues with our vendors, and also providing restaurant details to the owners (example: paint colours, tile manufacturer).

• Working with the order desk team
• They are the middle man between the vendor and the restaurant
• Placing orders for equipment, tile, paint, etc.

- Biggest thing - they work mostly through tickets, part of the call centre but less calls, more emails from restaurant owners

• Written communication is key
• Bilingual French/English is an asset

- Working with JIRA - making sure the PO matches the invoice for the vendor

- Background - customer service, call centre is an asset, ticketing is an asset

- Industry background - equipment/vendor is an asset but not needed

• SAP is an asset

Qualifications

• Call center work experience/ Corporate CSR/Order Entry
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work with multiple software's
