Event Sales Manager/ Audio Technician

Sound Off™ produces incredible fitness, wellness, and special events utilizing wireless headphones. We are looking to add a dynamic individual to our team to help grow and manage our sales and events activities. This role is hands-on and touches all parts of our events and sales processes including outbound and inbound sales management, equipment preparation and organization, and on site event execution. You would be working closely with Sound Off's CEO.

Our ideal candidate:

- Has experience building relationships that drive new opportunities

- Is a problem solver, thinks quickly on their feet, and has a keen attention to detail

- Is experienced with event management and organization

- Is proficient with google suite (sheets, docs, email), and comfortable utilizing a CRM

- Has experience with setting up/breaking down audio equipment (DJ equipment, mixers, microphones)

- Has experience working in a warehouse setting keeping equipment maintained and organized

- Has a good understanding of wireless systems and RF

- Is an early riser: Many of our events are at the crack of dawn

- Is highly motivated, organized, and has the ability to multitask

- Is outgoing and feels at ease connecting with groups of various sizes

- Has an interest in fitness and wellness

- Loves music

- Feels comfortable lifting 50 lbs of equipment solo

This is a perfect position for audio technicians, DJs, or tech savvy event managers who are looking for an opportunity to get involved with an events startup that is rapidly expanding around the globe. Pay: $37.00-$44.00 per hour
