The Employer Services Branch, is seeking a well-organized, confident and a highly motivated administrative professional for the position of Executive Coordinator to the Executive Director. This position is located in Regina. Working in a complex environment that requires multi-tasking, confidentiality and adaptability to shifting priorities, you will deliver senior-level administrative and office management support. Your diplomacy, tact and ability to lead, guide, coach, advise and encourage co-workers are key to success in this rewarding position.

Typically, the knowledge and experience required to achieve the above is obtained through:

  • A combination of formal education in business or office administration combined with significant work experience in a senior level administrative position.
