The Saskatoon Student Child Care Services Inc. is a provincially registered non-for-profit/charitable corporation which operates three (3) licensed childcare centres. These facilitites are located at Mount Royal Collegiate and Royal West. in Saskatoon.

Seeking an enthusiastic individual to provide leadership and a strategic mindset to oversee three licensed child care facilities under the Saskatoon Student Child Care Services inc. umbrella. The three centres include:

• Sharon Van Cleeve Child Care (22 space infant and toddler centre)
• Royal West Early Learning Centre (50 space infant, toddler and preschool centre)
• Saskatoon Early Childhood Education Demonstration Centre (65 space infant toddler and preschool centre)
• use a strategic mindset to drive the future success of the organization by aligning teams under one vision. With responsibility for all program areas, this candidate will execute all areas of need for the organization including management in the following areas: fiscal, operational, program development, human resources, and board relations.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Board of Directors, this position will include all areas of need for the organization including

• Leadership and Board Relationship/Governance
• Operational Planning and Management
• Program Planning and Management
• Human Resource Planning and Management
• Financial and Fiscal oversight
• Community Relations/Advocacy
• Risk Management
• Marketing and Recruitment.

Qualifications

• A diploma in Early Childhood Development or other formal training equivalent to the ECE III level.
• Leadership experience including supervising, mentoring and coaching employees as well as conducting performance reviews
• Previous operational and senior administrative experience including preparing/monitoring budgets and the oversight of day to day operations.
• a minimum of 3 years experience in a licensed childcare centre.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $32.69-$36.00 per hour
