Qualified Candidates Require:

• Valid H2S Alive Certification and First Aid Certification
• Enform Derrickhand Competency preferred
• Other applicable safety tickets for Derrickhand position
• Class 5 Driver's License with airbrakes endorsement is preferred
• Class 1, 3, 5Q Driver's License considered an asset

The primary purpose of this role is to aid the Driller, effectively handles rods/tubulars, and services rig engine and monitor’s fluids. Supervises floorhands as needed.

This instrumental role involves:

• Aids the Driller/Operator in overseeing all the well servicing rig process and assist in training other crew.
• Effectively handles rods/tubulars
• Monitors fluids systems
• Services rig engines
• Supervises floorhands and other labourers, as needed
• Other duties as assigned
