We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Welder/Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. As a Welder/Fabricator, you will play an important role in creating high-quality products. Your primary responsibilities will include operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment, welding and fabricating components, and ensuring the finished products meet high-quality standards. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform welding and fabrication tasks according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Safely operate machinery and equipment involved in welding and fabrication processes.
  • Conduct thorough quality control inspections on finished products.
  • Uphold a clean and safe work environment.
  • Follow detailed instructions for the assembly of various components.
  • Troubleshoot and perform repairs on machinery and equipment when necessary.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration with other team members.
  • Contribute to inventory control efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Welder/Fabricator in a manufacturing setting.
  • Proficiency in welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Arc welding.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
  • Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes, including cutting, grinding, and shaping.
  • Familiarity with a range of welding equipment, tools, and materials.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to safety guidelines and protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
