Reporting to the Manager – PSS Support , the Field Support Specialist will support the processes and systems related to servicing our customers and supporting our sales and service staff. The incumbent will provide both administrative and analytical support and will develop our analytical and reporting capabilities to provide insights into key trends and performance indicators.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Administration

• Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining files and processing paperwork
• Coordinate and arrange meetings (booking meeting rooms, arranging catering, and assisting with agenda preparation and meeting minutes as required )

Data Entry

• Accurately enter sales orders into Oracle
• Accurately enter and manage RMA orders into Oracle
• Input item data for all new parts assigned to Toronto PSS
• Create Internal RMA items in Oracle
• Issue Repair Quotes for all RMA’s
• Arrange pickups and deliveries for RMA related material

Inventory Management

• Assist with Inventory Management for annual cycle counts
• Assist with Internal order requests
• Prepare and transport small parts to shipping as required

Other Duties

• Shipping and receiving of parts from the PST organization
• Perform other duties as required to ensure the success of the team

Requirements:

• Minimum of a high school diploma
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience
• Proficient in the use of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
• Must be adaptable to changing business needs
• A team player with high level of dedication
• Proactive and resourceful
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have a high attention to detail

Physical Effort :

Normal or frequent minor physical effort required for the day-to-day activity in the workplace. Involves mainly sitting at desk and performing computer work. May involve standing, sitting, walking, climbing stairs and lifting/moving/using objects or equipment up to 5kg/11lbs
