Help compile and prepare accounts payable batches

Assist with general office administrative duties

Compile and distribute reports to executive team

Proven positive interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment

Grade 12 Education supplemented by 2 -3 years’ experience working in an administrative capacity.

Office administration or accounting certificate would be an asset

Preferred Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with accounting/payables software such as Adagio Accounting Software

Professional attitude

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational skills

Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.65-$26.93 per hour
