As an Outlets Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for overall management and guest experiences for Babbo Lounge, Cabin Restaurant and Snow Globes; leveraging our core values, and ensuring high quality service. You need to exhibit superior restaurant experience through solid leadership and proven team building skills. You will be responsible for delivering on several F&B experiences.

Job Duties: Outlets Supervisor Food & Beverage

  • Be a visible and hands on representative during service periods throughout l outlets
  • Ensuring all costs are monitored and managed throughout. Focus on daily labor within departments.
  • Monitor and direct policy adherence within all departments
  • Maintain high standards of morale and personal appearance of all staff.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all statutory regulations affecting restaurant health and safety, and ensure that any safety hazards are identified and rectified.
  • Maintain a high degree of interest in self-development, displaying this by making suggestions for realistic improvements.
  • Ensure that tools, as needed, are available for associates to perform their tasks.
  • Develop professional working communication with Culinary Leadership

Requirements

  • Post-Secondary education
  • 2 years of direct work experience in an F&B leadership role.
  • Experience in all aspects of customer service and people management
  • Ability to work evenings/weekends/holidays
  • Strong working knowledge of hospitality industry principles, methods, practices, and techniques
  • Ability to supervise employees, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments
  • Ability to analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required
  • Knowledge of wine, spirits and beer.
  • Able to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment
  • Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment.
  • Good training, coaching, and mentoring skills are essential
  • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Smart Serve Certification
  • Possess Food Safe and Serve Safe Certificates
