Are you looking for a Full-Time on-going position? Nova Staffing is currently recruiting for a Forklift Operator in Bolton.
Job Duties:
- Operate Raymond Reach and Counterbalance
- Load, unload, pack and unpack products/materials as per the schedule
- Relocate items within the warehouse or factory
- Provide products to the mezzanine employees as per daily production schedule
- Label production skid for FIFO
- Perform warehouse inventory
- Maintain clean and safe environment in the storage and receiving/shipping area
- Maintain pallet stacking during storage
- Comply with GMP regulations
- Comply with Health and Safety procedures, including machine safety
- Report any food safety, health and safety issues to the operations and plant manager
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (reading, writing and verbal)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced in driving Raymond Reach and Counterbalance
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Requirements:
- 2-3 years’ experience operating Raymond Reach and Counterbalance
- Must be Raymond Reach and Counterbalance Certified
- Experience with picking and put a way’s on high racking (35” high)
- Experience with heavy loads
Shifts:
Days – 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM OR 8:00 to 4:30PM
Afternoons – 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM
Payrate: $22/hr.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bolton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
