Front of House Staff Job at Loretta's
Loretta's is a bakery/marketplace that specializes in baking fresh items daily, all from scratch using quality ingredients. We’re passionate about great food and great service, working together as a team to provide an excellent product and service to our clientele.
You will prepare the store for opening, package baked goods, keep shelves stocked, tend to customers, perform closing duties and be eager to learn and grow your skillset. All employees will be responsible for cleaning & sanitizing all stations while practicing good safety, sanitation & organizational skills. Experience is an asset, but not required. We have multiple full-time and part-time positions available.
Duties & Tasks include but are not limited to the following.
Duties:
- Following recipes and other directives
- Ensure the quality of products meets established standards
- Work alone or work with a team to execute tasks
- Keeping workstations tidy
- Packaging of baked items
- Keeping shelves full for retail purchases
Skills:
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Ability to take direction
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Positive attitude and respect for others
- Work independently and also enjoy working collaboratively with your team members
- Multitasker, punctual
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week
Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
