Maxsys is looking for a Motor Sports Parts Advisor for one of our clients in HRM who is looking to grow their team on a permanent basis.

• Mon-Friday Schedules with some Saturdays
• Pay range is starting at $20 depending on experience
• Bonus stricter and Group Benefits after 3-month probation
• Time Arranged for Staff to drive Demo ATV’s, Snowmobiles, Dirt Bikes

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Solid communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license
• Motor Sports Knowledge an Asset
• Able to Lift 40-50lbs

Job Duties:

• Greets and handles over-the-counter customers in a friendly manner.
• Gives priority to over-the-counter customers, telephone customers provided second priority.
• Suggests other items to customers to ensure they are being given an opportunity to purchase all items they require.
• Assist in handling telephone inquiries.
• Handle requests for parts from service department.
• Stock the floor inventory on a continual basis.
• Notify customers of receipt of special orders by phone or email. If not picked up within 5 business days, follow up with customers. If not picked up within 5 more business days notify Parts Manager.
• Prepare special orders to ship out to customers
• Abide by all dealership policies and procedures pertaining to the department including general housekeeping.
• Follow company dress codes and be well groomed at all times.
• Any other specific duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and the dealership as a whole.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with all other employees.
