A leading window manufacturing company is looking to fill several full-time positions with enthusiastic candidates. They include saw operators, machine operators, assemblers, glaziers, shipping helpers etc.

*Work locations are conveniently located along the Steeles Avenue and Weston Road bus route*

Immediate enrollment in benefit plan

Responsibilities may include:

· Cutting raw material

· Assembling frames

· Installing hardware and aluminum or PVC accessories

· Glazing large triple pane units

· Fabricating swinging doors and custom shapes

· Using equipment and tools such as levels, measuring tapes, caulking guns, chop saws, table saws, routers, CNC equipment on occasion, etc.

· Participating in Continuous Improvement projects. Precise tasks will depend on the experience of the candidate.

- Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 2 years working hands-on in manufacturing or construction is desirable and we are willing to train the right candidate.

· Experience preferably in the window and door manufacturing industry.

· Ability to read and understand measurements, blueprints and work orders

· Reliable

· Comfortable with standing during work hours and ability to lift up to 50 pounds

· Stand, walk, reach, stoop, bend and crouch as needed

· Day shift and night shifts available.
